This website (1flo.io) is operated by OneFlo System Integrators LLP ("1flo", "we", "us"), 4th Floor, Jyothi Imperial, Old Mumbai Highway, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032, India. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

When you use our contact or assessment forms, or chat with us on WhatsApp, we may collect:

• Your name and company or organisation
• Email address and phone number
• The service you are interested in
• Any message or details you choose to share

We do not ask for sensitive information such as financial or health records through this website.

3. Why we use it

We use your personal data only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements, and provide or propose our services. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal basis — your consent

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form or start a WhatsApp conversation with us. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7). Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, or you withdraw consent, we delete it unless we are legally required to retain it.

• WhatsApp Business and telecom providers (including Tata Tele Business Services)

• Request erasure of your personal data

8. Grievance redressal

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact our grievance contact at info@1flo.io. We will acknowledge and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

We use only the cookies and similar technologies needed for the site and chat widget to work, and may use basic, aggregated analytics to understand site usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work.
